I am using my site for various things. Currently, I am working on my graphics section of my site, and I would like to have the perfect program for it. I've tried several Content Management Systems, and a few blog programs. One CMS I am using currently for the main part of my site is too massive, and I can't install extensions and such to personalize my site. I don't like WordPress as my program/Open Source for my graphics section, although I use it for my poetry, short stories, and such.
So what I am looking for is of the following:
*Easy to design a web layout for, consisting mainly of css
*Easy to create categories, add skins and graphics to the categories a easy to navigate for me and users
*Ability to create posts/articles
*Ability to receive comments on each individual skin, graphic, or post
*Ability for users to rate a skin, graphic, or post
I am looking for something lightweight, and easy to use, and design.
