ive used sam broadcaster before, it's awesome! very good for online shoutcast servers!

You could try some open source loop software, or user VirtualDJ/Atomix both are great sounding...

traktor, deckadance, serato, and ableton live are arguably the best of the bunch...
Virtual Dj is a great program for djs, but then again it cost some money
for production
