8-pack? hard too get?

Helllo

i training 7 days a week and eating allot of food, and wonder if it is hard too get 8-pack?
i allready got 6-pack and have been seen some ppl at the gym got "8 - squares"

any special exercise you guys can tip?

You've probably heard this before, but almost everyone has a six pack. It is simply covered by fat. The best way to increase the visibility of your abs is to increase the amount of cardio you do, which will burn fat and reveal your six pack.

Not actually, you can do situps a hundred times a day and your abs may never pop out. It's all in your diet..i got 4 pack abs Wink

Look up high intensity interval training and try it out. It supposed to burn more fat than conventional cardiovascular in a shorter amount of time.

some may have 6, some may have 8. it's all in the genes

having an 8-pack is mostly on genetics and the type of body you have. Not everyone can have an 8 pack, even with 1% of body fat. But if you already have a 6-pack, I'd say keep what you're doing, maybe getting carbs down a bit more but if your type of body is not made to have an 8-pack...good luck Razz

Any form of HIIT cardio is good! HIIT consist of intervals of high intensity and low intensity. Any form of cardio is good, running, elliptical, bike, etc
