Is it a good develop tool ? Is it better than Delphi 7 ?
How about Delphi 2009 ?
Not tried it, I don't intend to. Had to use Delphi 7 all last year for my computing at college. It's awful! Crashes all the time and is unnecessarily complicated in terms of interface. I could put up with it but I actually found something much better recently that my new computing teacher introduced me to.
Lazarus. It's open source which is a good start but also it's got some different more interesting features and is a LOT more stable by the looks of things so far.
