can you help me
I know from experience that nVidia GeForce are the best ones to games...If You want to run really powerfull game than You need no less than 2 GB RAM and 512 MB Graphic Memory on Card
nice would be AMD Core Duo of course to make game good working
Take in consideration for a lot of things. One, can your PC handle it? There are three types of slots that graphic cards can plug into.
1. PCI Slots
2. PCI Express Slots
3. AGP Slots
Make sure of which one you have before purchasing one.

Also, besides that slots, what are the other specifications of your computer? Starcraft II, as far as I recall, does not require too much CPU and GPU power, but you don't want to be bottlenecked by your current components. And also, what's your budget and what resolution do you plan to play at?
Starcraft actually uses 50% constantly, not sure why though. As for GPU it uses nothing at all. It's a pretty awesome game, that has been running successfully for 10 years.
But this is about StarCraft 2 which most likely have nothing in common with the original StarCraft system requirements. As far as I know the SC2 system requirements aren't published yet so it's hard to say what exactly you need.
Well, I saw some system requirements for Starcraft II some time ago. They weren't confirmed, but they seem about right. Basically, any modern performance graphics card will play it with ease. A mainstream card should be able to as well, but not at the same settings. I doubt you'll need an enthusiast class card to get the most out of it.
Again, it depends on your resolution and the settings you want. It's also important that you don't get a card that's too fast for the CPU to keep up. (Like if you have a late Pentium 4, you don't want anything more than, say, an HD 3650. Also, having at least 2 GB of RAM always helps.

if you look at the requirements...
any laptop's on-board graphics card can satisfy it...
Minimum System Requirements for Starcraft 2
Processor: 1.4 Ghz Processor
Memory: 512 MB RAM
Graphics card: 128 MB RAM video card capable of Hardware
but if you want real performance, go for min. 256mb cards..
X1300 will be the ultimate graphics card for u, it has 512 Mb video memory
or an Ati Radeon X550 256mb can be cheaper option..
