I am going to use "Remetrica" one of modelling tool for non-life(general) insurance company from Benfield.

But it is a pity that the manuals of the tool are seemed to be fewer than those of famous software such as Microsoft's Excel,Access, etc.
I am very glad that I know how I can get manuals(books,website,etc).
