I'm using FireFox for a long time now and I think it's the best browser of the world. You can personalize like the way you want. There are some nice themes for it. And the addons are great.
The Chrome theme looks nice but there aren't addons/plugins for it and it has a lot of major bugs in it.
So I won't use it until it becomes Gold.

It is definitely better than IE 7 but not as good compared to Mozilla. It loses out to Mozilla on the various add-ons and plugins that Mozilla provides.
