I'm looking for a program that can generate chemical structures (especially organic molecules) from command line when given their names (either IUPAC or trivial). Preferably it can run in Linux. So far I found that ChemAxon can do that (and because it is a Java app it can run in Linux) but it is not free as in free speech; the free license expires in 2 years. Does somebody know of any other alternatives?
