Clicks coming from US visitors usually pay more when compared to Asian visitors.
All I can say is, forget that calculation
Just bring more traffics and get more clicks
And you will earn more.

so we'd better build some web sites for American in order to earn more money . that is why i come here . i want to know what the webmaster do in the US .

exactly, webmasters in US hungering.
From one side, here in Ukraine, for 1000$/month I can live, but from other side I cant find good local companion to work together even for this sum.
