C++ Tutorial

I am looking for a nice c++ tutorial that is suitable for beginners. i am a beginner and i don't know C. I am somehow famaliar with Basic. I want a tutorial that teaches me everything about C++ from beginning in a clear way. I had a look to thinking in c++ book but it is too tough for me. I want a tutorial that is completely dedicated to beginners. But that book is for advanced users, atleast i think so. Could anybody tell me where i can find such book for free?
