I want to implement SSL on my web site. How can i start to realize it. Thanks in avance to help me.
HTTPS and SSL??
how do i install that modssl? And please can you post me a better link to download openssl. I have already dowloaded modssl, but openssl is not good.
Are you on Windows or Linux?
Windows, using easyphp!
Hmm, I don't know how easy (or hard) it is to setup ssl with easyphp. Maybe it is easier to install and use XAMPP: it comes with openssl and mod_ssl and is very easy to install.
I presume that you are working under Linux?

Hi pollux1er,
I'm sorry, I have been away for a while. Do you still have problems with getting https to work?

Glad to see you back. No post halp me to understand the https yet. Help me please.
First you need to have dedicated ip, if you are creating you own ssl certificate, than you can generate it with openssl package, but in this case browsers of you visitors shuld not trust you repository. If you want sign you site with trusted repository than you need make deals to them, for example godaddy.
