im having problems connecting to the network in Limewire...i made sure that my firewall is not blocking it from connecting...not sue whether my ISP is blocking is but Cabos seems to be working...i have the latest version of Limewire installed 4.18.5

I'm pretty sure that limewire now uses bittorrent on the back-end, so it's most likely your isp blocking it. Download the opera browser (it has a bittorrent client), and try that out. If it also does not work it is most likely your isp blocking bittorrent.
