I installed ESSBase in our office. It's perfectly running from the schema creation up to the creation of the metaoutline but when you select the MEMBER AND DATA LOAD option, it gives the error 1042006 which means that the API tries to do too many connections from one machine in quick succession.
I checked the port where ESSBase Data Integration Console is connecting and it's open.
So, I searched the web for some solutions or advise. I ended up changing the registry values of TCPTimedWaitDelay and MaxUserPort. These two are the only solution that I can find.
I have also emailed someone who wrote an article on ESSBase installation but to know avail.
