Webmail error horde

When I try to send an email using Horde *webMAIL* on my cpanel I get the following error:

There was an error sending your message: Failed to send data [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 503, response: All RCPT commands were rejected with this error: Sender verify failed Valid RCPT command must precede DATA)]

I am POSITIVE the email is correct. Oh and.. thought you may wanna see this.

About the high number of emails. You should disable the email after each cron job. Only let it send an email for testing, afterwards disable it. Also try to limit the cron jobs to every 15-30 minutes. (15 minutes is the lowest we allow)

Are the other email programs also giving that error?
