You shouldn't use the urls from the file manager/Directadmin, but those from the website.
http://www.8166uy.frih.org/Images/Under-Construction.png instead of
http://www.8166uy.frih.org:2222/CMD_FILE_MANAGER/Images/Under-Construction.png
Also since it doesn't work, make sure the Images folder is inside the public_html.
