remark in french

What is the best description for remark in french?

Français (French)
v. tr. - faire remarquer, remarquer (un changement) (sout)
v. intr. - remarquer
n. - remarque, préambule, réflexion

say the use for Remark Note/tiny remark/ for title.
Should it be remarquer or remarque?
Jean-Luc
"remarquer" is a verb and "remarque" is a noun.

"a tiny remark" is "une petite remarque".

i prefer that its a combination of english and french words...
so I want to stick to Tiny in english but only the Remark in french..
so I guess it should be like this rite:

Tiny Remarque, rite?
