Since it is no more upcoming so I can definitly say my China.
Some people say, performance of Russia has dropped. When it was USSR, it used to top. Ok, now add the medals of those countries who were under Russia when it was USSR, then it reaches USA in Beijing 2008. Jointly, they could have performed even better. Real loosers are germans, When separated, East germany used to be no.1 and west germany following it at 2,3 or 4th position. Now joined, they are down to no. 5.
