oh is there a rumour about arsharvin going to Spurs? that would make the top 4 fight rather interesting! am not a Spurs fan but quite like their squad and with the addition of bentley its just going to get better. way to go~
I think this year Spurs made great additons to their squad. Missing Robbie is a blow but they have enough squad deep to cover him....

Buying expensive players do not equivalent to success, that's for sure.
This is a very good transfer indeed, because much of the transfer fee (around 7 million pounds if I'm not mistaken) will go to Arsenal's pocket, LOL.
Big 4? I couldn't help stop laughing. Bentley moves to Spurs because he was a huge Tottenham fan, and even his Arsenal friends knew that.

How is it that spurs are able to splurge on so many new players? Heard they are going for Villa and Arshavin. And 17m on Bentley. They've got modric too. If they are unable to get into the top 4 this season, then it'll be a joke. Where are they getting the money from??

I feel that Spurs have the potential to go far in the UEFA Cup this year.
We [spurs] wont get into the top four this season because the team [now more or less juandes team] needs to gel. We could see that take a few months, so the fans may need patience. I hate the sale of keane, he links up the play between midfield and attack and formed a great partnership with berba. Now it is up to bent and berba b&b!
We shall see. I heard the same cries of top 4 last year but this year i am wiser. I think 5th is relaistic for spurs. i do love the bentley signing though, the guy can cross the ball.

I think they can pip arsenal to 4th place this year. They've got great signings while arsenal lost many good players. With wenger as the boss, I don't see how arsenal can win another title now.

I think that's quite harsh. Arsenal should easily make the Top 4 this season. If you want Spurs in, they seriously need a miracle.
