Definitely, deviantart. You're free to download them but they're pretty strict with copyright stuff, wo beware.

very nice art, definitely wanna check out deviantart too, but i dont wanna use those imagees unless i noted the author/artist, but still if you have background in drawing then i guess you could start off early and learn to paint like that
learn how to draw and play around with it. photoshop is good enough for this work bt needs a lot of patience and creativity. drawing plays an important part here
