YOUTUBE: video conversion failed (get $frih)

here's the dilemma:

one 10sec part of the entire 3min sequence CONVERTS and UPLOADS PERFECT to youtube, but using the EXACT SAME SETTINGS i get a youtube error ><

any help??
using sorenson squeeze
sorenson h264
2passvbr
aac 128kbps
keyframe every 50
638x480, maintain aspect ratio...

What filesize is the file your uploading?

I've never had any trouble with youtube at all...

Try uploading to another video site, like vimeo...quality is better on there anyway...
