Why? don't judge a team just based on some players they bought. In fact, Hleb is a very good player, a player with superb dribbling and close control. Pique is also a good defender. Also don't forget that they are still an amazing team, with players like Xavi (official best player of EURO 2008), Iniesta (another superb midfielder),Yaya (good DM), Puyol & Milito (solid defenders ), Henry, Bojan, Messi, Eto (all world-class attackers). So don't judge them too early.
Most notable transfer to date is Ronaldinho to Milan. It's a good move by him, considering his bad form in Barca. Maybe Milan could revive his career, making him the best in world again.

I don't that these signings are going to make much of a difference to Barca. Look at Real Madrid ... they have a good coach, good upcoming stars and an excellent and optimistic signing ... Rafael Van der Vaart. Nope. Barca lack something .... belief. They're not going anywhere this season.
I wont say Barcelona will be really bad. We will see about how they will play. I think they will not be that bad actually
