Forum Rank Descriptions

As a relative newbie to these forums, I have scoured them for information on the meanings of all the ranks people have. I've looked through the FAQ's, and even emailed gc@frihost.com

I still have no idea what all the ranks mean. Anyone have a list?

For example, I am ranked as New Member, but I see others rated as Frihoster, Junior, Adolescent, Senior & Addicted Frihosters, Frihost Wannabe, Frihost Freak etc etc...

How strange - it didn't show up in any of the searches I carried out on forums or FAQ. Hmm..

As for the email address - I just followed the 'contact' link at the top of the FAQ page:

I would never have thought of emailing Frihost hahahaa... I'd rather use the messaging system on the forums. But whatever floats your boat I guess Smile

Why not make the rank image itself a link to that page?

It should require only editing one line of code in the template files, and shouldn't cause any adverse side effects.

But I can imagine that if you visit a forum for the first time and you see ranks, that they have some sort of value. But they don't.

they do, it's the amount of posts you have made, and most of the time someone with more posts will be taken more serious.
But the question has been answered, I'll -close- this topic.
