Can I live in another country with a felony criminal record?

flyfamilyguy
Hey folks.
I am a United States Citizen with a 15 year old felony criminal conviction. I am not very happy with my country, and am considering a move to another country. What countries will allow me entry, and residence?

I think one can reside in other country with past criminal record, after 2-3 years ban and with some more formalities.but for this you have to prove yourself that you are now you are not a criminal.

Your best options would be:
Norway, France, Denmark, Greece, Poland, Thailand.
That is not to say you could not get into other countries, but the above countries are more 'lax' than many others in allowing felony criminals in..
