Ok so I changed my cPanel password. Does that mean it changes my FTP password?

Cause I can't edit/delete.

Oh also my DNS recently changed to FriHost.

Also when I upload files using FTP. It always stays at: Searching for existing files and folders to find possible conflicts.

Your domain, sodadome.com, hasn't yet changed DNS to frihosts server. For now, use your subdomain from Frihost.
