Given that it's on Blogger.com it should already be on search engines, and optimised for SEO, if that's what you meant. You wouldn't need to worry much about that. But you could submit your blog to different search engines (specially for blogs) @ http://www.pingomatic.com/ , and you could test the page loading time and make it as small as possible @ http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/.
