I am looking for free or cheap game engines that are either FPS or RTS. I have been using Stratagus, but it is old and not very flexible, and now I am looking at FPSCreater, but it is not very flexible. I am currently making a game that involves a lot of outdoor enviroments.

Have fun searching, I searched the web for hours once and didnt find one I liked
You'd probably best just program it by yourself.You could use RM2K3/RMXP to do it but i'd take quiet a lot of time and RM2K3/RMXP are 2D graphics...
