I also prefer Hotscripts, lots of script libraries to be found in there. 
Hotscripts is good it has alot of Scripts.
javascript.internet.com is a nice website for scripts.....................................has got a wide collection of javascripts for webmasters.

my opinion is that Leejoo.nl is the best, but that's Dutch

For Java Scripts I am using http://dynamicdrive.com/because they have many good scripts (I didn't find anyone is false). Also, on their site they show how any script working and always have good instructions for installation. Sorry for my poor English.

Hey both are very good hotscripts and dynamic dive but i really prefere hotscripts its really good it even had a php script for shoutcast radio stats!
