It wont let me get to my control panel

Hi,

It will not let me go to my control panel. I try to login and it says password incorrect. I then clicked reset password putting my username in, but I still have not recieved an email telling me the verification code. How long must I wait for this email to come?

You're not using your forum name and password to login, are you?
Your cPanel username would be (if I'm correct):

and your password would be the one you received in your Private Message and/or in your email you used to signup on Frihost.

An account creator will correct me if I'm wrong, of course.

I still have the original message when the website was approved. I try logging in using the username and password given there.

Oh, I forgot to say I havent been on for awhile and my frihost dollars were up to around -50 or something along those lines....

you are still hosted.
Try the option to resend your pass. Else an admin could try to reset your pass.
