I need 2 sound files: one of 20Hz and the other of 20000Hz.
Sound
If you only need to play the files, I can make a program that will emit these sounds. But if you want them as sound files only, I can play and then record it for you.
Please, record it for me.
Please, record it for me as I need it to play on my mobile phone.
I need a recording of the mysterious "brown note."
Don't worry, it's for someone else's phone, not mine.

There must already be software out there to do that with...
The only one I know for sure though is that linux could do it with the system speaker. For windows software, just google it.
(Personally, I would use an oscilloscope to tune an oscillator to the frequency I wanted, then connect it to a speaker, or the microphone input to the PC, but that's just 'cause I have access to that equipment.)

There you go. I would recommend getting Audacity if you want to generate certain frequencies or anything else like this.

Hi
I have made the program but my speaker are not loud enough to record. You can run this file yourself and record.
Just enter what frequency you want to play and then record. After recording press any key to end program.

Thanks a lot, guys!
just funny how seemingly trivial things are a problem for some people of which I am saying they are certainly not stupid.
