in the past i have used IPB forum but since we arnt allowed on frihost to use them what is the next best thing like it ive tryed phpbb and personaly hated it i liked how easy ipb was so whats the next best

you can use IPB if you can prove you bought it. PM an admin in that case.

phpBB isn't even close. SMF is probably as close as you can get without buying it.
