I want to use [url="http://www.oswd.org/design/preview/id/3645"]this[/url] template from OSWD on my website. But, I would prefer it without the image of the woman on the left. Would someone be willing to take it up? I believe the author permits us to make the requisite changes.

If ovner give permision for removing women then you can try to contact him from http://www.oswd.org/user/profile/id/10642 with "Go to contact form".
He can easy edit and send to you image without women.

You can edit them, but only within the limits of what is given to you. Really you need the PSD which you will have to pay for ($9)
