I recently heard about a program called jarcenter which can send jar files from one j2me mobile to another one. But I can't find the download link anywhere! Can anybody help me?

Are you sure that it's spelled JarCenter?
My friend told me that it is only found on a site which is not listed on Google.
I do not know about this program but I can surely tell you a way to transfer jar files:
Its simple rename your .jar file to .jpg or .mp3 before transferring. Now you will be able to transfer file easily. Now in receiver mobile again renam it to .jar
If your phone does not support renaming then download ffexplorer, which will enable you to browse your mobile in explorer-like structure and perform delete, rename, move etc. operations.
And do not worry, ffexplorer is only available on sites accessible by google.
