Cant acces Frihost

I am having a wierd problem.
I can't acces frihost from my Pc!
I can't acces anything having the word frihost
be it devil.frihost.net/forum or www.frihost.com

I can acces it only if I use a proxy.Can it happen that my isp is blocking it?

It looks like a matter of your ISP. Call and ask them if they could unblock it. Something like that happened to me last year, when I couldn't access YouTube. I called them and they unblocked it roughly 7 hours later.
