How to parse excel?

anyone can help me out to parse a text into excel?
I've been searching in the web but still i haven't seen the best way of parsing a text in excel?
is there any excel guru out there?

Not nearly enough information there. What exactly do you want to do?
Excel will load CSV (comma separated values) files straight from the "load..." dialog.
