fast motion video edit

Hi everyone,
Which program (Free if possible) could I use to make a video play in fast motion? I have many screen videos that I'd like to put in fast motion, but I don't know how...

Windows Movie Maker (it comes preinstalled on XP and Vista) will do that. In the left hand pane select video effects, then click on the "Speed up, Double" button and drag it to the clip on the time line. Hope this Helps!

Windows Movie Maker can do this, but it has very poor export options. Try Pinnacle Studio Plus, it's much more advanced than WMM.
