You might try posting useful content on your site that is not primarily an advertising gimmick. If you were trying to attract people interested in the ps3, you could consider writing articles on the pros and cons of the ps3. Articles about how to get the most out of a ps3 would not be as important, but would still be of some interest to a wannabee ps3 owner.
If you take that approach, and advertise the feature content instead of your business proposition, people might be inclined to come and look around, and would be open to proposals to get a good deal on a ps3.

To get trafic to your site it should not contain so many matters and it should be readable and interesting on what it deals with.

It's about contents and links I believe.
Write contents that suit your readers need. This require a proper keyword research. Use any free keyword tools available on the net, and try to target specific keywords which enough demands and low competition.
Then try to get more inbound links from other websites. Directory submission, blog commenting, forum posting, social bookmark, link exchange, etc
Try to join related forums (forums that talk about similar topic with your site), google it, and put your website link on your signature. Try to use catchy interesting anchor text (mine is an example of bad anchor text ,lol) and you will get more targetted traffics to your site since they come from similar topics forums members.
Quantity does matter on this method. Join more forums and create more posts, though you still need to keep your posts have quality and on topic.

Driving traffic is not easy indeed. Needs lot of works.
if you have a myspace or facebook you could advertise it to your friends and if they like it they will tell others about it
There are some groups of stumbleupon exchange. They form a group of members and stumble each other's sites. If you can stumble some of the sites there, you can expect some traffic from these groups too. But here the number of visitors depends upon your activity, how many per day you stumble or how much point you accumulate.

I started my website before I even considered advertising.... and had a good number of regular visitors before I started....
Any advertising dollars received are a bonus to me.... as I didn't start the website for that reason...

Not all sources of free traffic is good. For example traffic exchanges and those PTC traffic don't convert well. Also You can't use those type of traffic for AdSense. Other ways of getting good traffic apart from search engines is social bookmarking sites.

Depends on what you are doing with your site.
Send it to your friends, submit it to sites like Reddit and Digg, get links from high PR websites (NOT link exchanges), set up shell accounts so that there seems to be a community before you actually have one (Reddit did this when they started), make it so your images have watermarks when someone hotlinks, promote your site in forums (cough...) ... the list goes on. There isn't one way to make people use/go to your site...
