Thisis my first time w/ a web site and dont have a cluehow to set it up.Is there anyway of getting step by step instructions? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well, there's really no set way of making a website. It just depends on what you're trying to accomplish.

I take it you don't know any html, php or any other language but do you know how to use FTP, Frontpage, Word, or anything else that might be usefull?
Also as SpellcasterDX said, what do you want? A forum, a blog, a wiki, an image gallery, ...
And did you already try to login to CPanel? Did you take a look around, because CPanel has a lot of tutorials build in.

Many, many years ago when I was beginning to learn I was directed to the HTML at W3schools site (link below) Reading it and trying out the tutorials is a great way to learn. I'd start off with HTML first.

I am just tryingto build a webspace on harley davidson motorcycles.I had a free website b4 but all you did is choose the layout a so forth and it did it on its own.
