Basically no sharing, you don't have any worries of speed going lower, etc.. hence the company sees you first over other clients.

Sorry, in this case, thats not what it is
Basically, to host cs on the web you need to run the dedicated server - search google and find a tutorial on it.
or just click the dedicacted server icon in ur programs list
