ubuntu connection sharing

Hello I have done connections sharing on Mandriva Linux and Windows XP and now
I want to do It with a Ubuntu 8.04. I have two network cards on the machine and
simply don't know where to start. The Mandriva and XP machine had simple guides
but I dont find it on Ubuntu so I'll apriciate a hint where to start
