I have been searching the web for awhile, and I want to set up a proxy but I don't know anything about php or cgi. So, while I try and aquaint myself with php and the like, I will give 20 frih$ to anyone that can find/write a script with an easy setup. an accompanying guide would be nice but not absolutely necessary.

Just to remind you, proxies are not allowed on Frihost's servers.

who said i'd host i on frihost? i have a different, more proxy-friendly hoster.
