Setting up a password before opening an outlook 2003 profile

Hi. I would to ask if you guys are familiar with Outlook 2003..
here is my problem. I recently migrated my email from MS Outlook Express to MS Outlook 2003 using RDP over HTTP. back on the outlook express, i configured it in such a way that it will ask you to enter the profile password before it would open the MS Outlook Express.. Now, I want to do the same with MS Outlook 2003 but I don't know how to configure it.

You mentioned that you are using RPC over HTTP. Are you connecting to an Exchange server or a POP server?

Outlook can be configured to for use with "Internet e-mail" or Exchange. When configured for Internet e-mail, Outlook will prompt for a password if the password is not saved in the profile.

Are you being prompted for a password at all?
