anyways, why has my quote been reset back to 250MB i used more then that !

What? you want unlimited space? and that too for free? can't believe you are complaining that why the glitch was corrected and space was reset. 250 is lot of space, actually I think no one can hit 250 unless they are storing pc back ups or illegal stuff. and looking at your points I'd be worried for different reasons.

We won't give more than 250MB of space and if you go over the limit, even if cpanel accepts it, I'll have to remove some of your files.
