winlogon.exe takes over PC

Every once in a while my computer CPU will just hit 100% and if I Ctrl Alt Delete I see winlogon.exe at 60 and it seems to be the ONLY thing that is sucking the CPU anyone know why?
I have

OS: WinXP
Ram: 3x 512MB RAM cards
1.2 GHz

Should I reinstall windows?

Well, winlogon.exe it's a legitimate process belonging to the Windows login manager. You may use this site --> http://www.processlibrary.com, to find out about a process, it even has a small application that you may install and it will analyze all of your process on your PC.
Without more information about when you PC freezes, I can't guess to much.
Did you do any updates to your windows recently? Did the hang ups happened before the updates?
Does the hang ups happen right after "loading the windows" (when you see your desktop after booting)?

I found out that my "WINSDC32.dll file has "cloak Malware" however I can't find now to fix this problem. Does anyone know how?

Found by the Prevx program but I need a license to clean it.

howver i scanned my winsdc32.dll and it has tr/downloader.gen trojan hopefully spy bot fixes it

Wow that is kind of weird, i must have did something right I scan my file now and the tr/downloader.gen seems to have gone.
