Like when you squeeze the sprouts for juice do you include the seed pods and roots or just the shoots?
Anybody know anything about wheat grass?
I'm not to sure, but I reckon you could find this out somewhere else on the net.. like say.. I don't know.. Google? Wiki?

I'm pretty sure you don't include the roots. And it goes down pretty smooth when I drank it, so I don't think it includes the seeds either.
Althoug in my home town,we crop wheat,but i haven't use it like this ever,wish you solve you problem now~
