How to turn on the HIBERNATE feature in Windows XP?

ainieas
How do I turn on the HIBERNATE feature in Windows XP? From control panel I selected power options, then ticked on "enable hibernation". There is enough disk space, yet I'm getting the stand-by option in the Turn Off Computer menu. Any guidance what I need to do here?

How much RAM you got?
ainieas
Around 1.5 GB RAM. And about 15GB free hard disk space. Does the RAM have anything to do with this feature?
