Can I Host a Proxy?

The reason I came to this site is simply to make a website for myself, however, I would like to make a proxy for the exclusive use of me and my close friends. Am I allowed to put a proxy onto the site that I'm hosting with FroHost?

Edit:
Rather than make an entirely new thread I'll just ask anothe question in this one. Do you guys do domain names? and If so, how much do you charge and how can I transfer mine from Yahoo?

No we don't allow proxies at all.

About the domain name, we aren't a registrar, but you can point the nameservers of the domain to us to host it here.
