I was lost looking at the homepage, and couldn't figure out what the site is actually about. I read around and then realized what it is about. You should explain it in the beginning of the page about the purpose of the site. The concept is good though. Also it needs a bit of organization in my opinion.

One thing i noticed is that when I was looking through your photoshop tuts, you had two sets of forward and back buttons. it was a little confusing at first, but I figured out what both sets were for. Maybe you just want to something by each set like "Next Tutorial" and "Next Page" or something to make it a little more clear.
