2nd level subdomain problem

Hi, ive been lookin around but havent found an answer to my problem. My 2nd level subdomain: http://mannesresa.modda.frih.net does not want to work.

I have another second level subdomain, http://aablog.modda.frih.net that works just fine, that i made a long time ago

id appreciate any help! thanks

What do you mean by It doesn't work? That you can't connect via ftp to it, or use the control panel?

LimpFish, the domain appears to resolve and display a page. I see a "This is a placeholder" message, which is what I assume you (and everyone else) are seeing also. I verified that it is coming from:

http://mannesresa.modda.frih.net/index.html

If you have added files to your site but do not see them, you will need to remove or replace the index.html file. I would suggst logging into cpanel or directadmin and rename index.html to something like index-placeholder.html, and see if that works. If your real home page is present in the same directory, it should. The server is capable of recognizing several names, such as index.php and index.htm, as the home page. It alway displays the first one it finds, ignoring any others.

yea i see the placeholder page, im just confused how to actually make it view the blog i installed instead. where should i put the files?
