Need help to make my Flash contact form functioning!

I am creating my own personal site now. Ive encountered a problem when i get to the point of constructing my 'Contact Me' page. I dont know how to make my contact form functioning? I am creating a Flash Website and i know Flash alone cant make my form running and sending information that the user or my visitor filled up. I need help to make my form funtioning... Maybe flash and php scripting from you guys? or a 'how to do it' guide? thanks! Very Happy
