Depends how the websites are blocked. The easiest method would be to use a proxy. Just type the website URL into the box on the right and hit "GO".
u can also use Hotspot shield, it creates a VPN (Virtual Private Network) and its encrypted, so the block doesnt work, becouse the thing that is blocking it sees only useless stuff
